Inclusion At Jefferson Center
Here at Jefferson Center, it is our mission to place diversity, equity, and inclusion at the forefront of our culture. Our LGBTQ+ Steering Committee has been on the front line of visibility and inclusivity for our employees and clients by advocating for gender affirming care as well as the inclusion of non-binary pronoun options, gender identity, other biological sex, name used, and sexual orientation information in our internal systems and communications. We also encourage our employees to participate in Denver Pride 2021. As part of a collaborative effort that involved the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Oversight Committee and marketing, gender inclusive restrooms are also now available at Center offices.
